This is a long-term opportunity on a brand-new project, offering an 18-month contract and the chance to play a key role from project inception through to completion. Responsibilities Managing all groundworks operations on site. Coordinating subcontractors, plant and labour resources. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards. Monitoring programme delivery and site performance. Conducting toolbox talks and regular site inspections. Maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Requirements Previous Site Management experience within groundworks and residential construction. SMSTS. CSCS Card. First Aid at Work. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
