Groundworks Site Manager Location: Enfield Rate: 300 per day Contract: Long-Term Start: Immediate Ridgeway and Co are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to join a leading groundworks contractor on a long-term project based in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering a large-scale groundworks package from the early stages through to completion. Key Responsibilities Managing all day-to-day groundworks operations on site Coordinating subcontractors, labour, plant and material deliveries Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification Conducting daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inspections Monitoring progress and reporting to the Project Manager Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety and quality control Liaising with clients, engineers and the wider project team Managing site documentation, permits and RAMS compliance Requirements Previous experience as a Groundworks Site Manager Strong knowledge of drainage, foundations, roads, infrastructure and external works SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Excellent leadership and communication skills What''s on Offer 300 per day Long-term contract Immediate start Opportunity to work with a leading groundworks contractor Stable pipeline of future work If you''re an experienced Groundworks Site Manager looking for your next long-term opportunity in Enfield, we''d like to ..... full job details .....
