Groundworks Site Manager Location: Norwich Contract: 18 Months Start: Immediate We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to oversee groundworks packages on a large residential project in Norwich. This is a long-term opportunity on a brand-new development, offering 18 months of work and the chance to play a key role from project inception through to completion. Responsibilities: Managing all groundworks operations on site Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and labour resources Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Monitoring programme delivery and site performance Conducting toolbox talks and site inspections Maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle Essential Requirements: Site Management experience within groundworks and residential construction SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong understanding of residential infrastructure and groundworks packages Benefits: 350 per day 18-month contract New residential development Immediate start For more information or to apply, please submit your CV today. ..... full job details .....
