The company: Our client is a large Groundworks company based in Bristol, who work on many Tier 1 construction sites within a 40 mile radius of their office. They have been in business for a number of years and continue to grow and expand their operation each year. The Role: Managing day-to-day site operations on large scale Groundworks projects Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure smooth delivery Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to budget Maintaining strong communication with the wider project team Upholding health & safety and site compliance standards The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Site Manager on large Groundworks projects Strong track record in commercial schemes Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment Salary & Package: -60,000 - -70,000 per annum Vehicle provided Competitive benefits package Opportunit...
