Ivy Resource Group are working with a well-established Groundworks company to recruit an experienced Groundworks Site Manager for a permanent role based in Bristol. The company:Our client is a large Groundworks company based in Bristol, who work on many Tier 1 construction sites within a 40 mile radius of their office. They have been in business for a number of years and continue to grow and expand their operation each year. The Role:Managing day-to-day site operations on large scale Groundworks projectsCoordinating subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure smooth deliveryEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to budgetMaintaining strong communication with the wider project teamUpholding health and safety and site compliance standards The Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as a Site Manager on large Groundworks projectsStrong track record in commercial schemes Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skillsStable career history demonstrating long-term commitment Salary and Package: 60,000 - 70,000 per annumVehicle provided Competitive benefits packageOpportunity to work on high-profile, high-value projects How to apply:Please submit your CV and a member of our team will respond to you.
