Groundworks Site Manager

Atrium Associates are looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager to join our client''s team for an upcoming project in Bicester on a HV substation project.
 
Role Details:
·Position: Civils Site Manager
·Duties: Managing a team of ground workers and plant operatives constructing a temporary access road, installing duct, HV, AC and BESS cable / pipework.
·Location: Bicester
·Rate: £35ph
·Duration: 6 - 8 Week Project
·Start: 10/08/2026
 
Requirements:
·5 Years groundworks / Civils / Utilities experience
·Provide x2 references on similar projects
·Previous experience managing projects and small teams.
 
Qualifications:
·CSCS Card
·SMSTS
·First Aid
