As a Groundworks Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, with a strong focus on groundworks, hard landscaping and external fabric repairs across multiple sites. This is a mobile role, covering several sites within the local region, ensuring all locations remain safe, compliant and fully operational.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance across allocated sites in line with service level agreements (SLAs)Carry out groundworks and hard landscaping repairs including channel drain repairs, manhole replacement, slab laying, block paving, minor brickwork repairs, kerb repairs, tarmac repairs concreting and fencing Repair and maintain external site ..... full job details .....
