The successful candidate will oversee site teams, subcontractors, plant and resources, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced groundworks professional looking to take ownership of site delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all groundworks operations across the development. Take responsibility for labour, subcontractors, plant, materials and site resources. Plan and manage works in line with project programmes and key deadlines. Monitor progress, productivity and quality across the groundworks package. Coordinate drainage, foundations, roads, kerbing, utilities, concrete works and earthworks. Ensure full compliance with health & safety requirements and company procedures. Lead site teams, carrying out inductions, toolbox talks and regular site briefings. Liaise closely with Site Managers, Contracts Managers, engineers and other contractors.... Permanent
