Key Duties: Supervise and lead operatives on site. Works include bun, re-topsoil and general finishing works Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks and enforce health and safety protocols. Monitor progress and report to management team. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
