This is a hands-on field-based position, overseeing civils and groundworks activities across multiple teams. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity, while providing technical support and guidance to field operatives and the wider scheduling team. The role will be predominantly site-based, with 4 days in the field and 1 day in the office, alongside national travel where required.
