Are you an experienced Groundworking Gang looking for your next contract?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Groundworking Gang to join a professional and well-established civil engineering contractor on a project in Halesowen. This is a hands-on site-based role requiring a reliable, safety-conscious gang capable of delivering high-quality external works while maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and health & safety.

The successful gang will consist of:

• Groundworker
• Mini Digger Operator
• 1 Tonne Dumper Driver

What's on Offer:

• Approximately 8 days work

Qualifications

Essential:

• Valid CSCS Cards (All Operatives)
• Enhanced DBS Checks (All Operatives)
• CPCS or NPORS Card (Mini Digger Operator)
• CPCS or NPORS Card (1 Tonne Dumper Driver)
• Full PPE

Desirable:

• Streetworks (NRSWA)
• First Aid
• Previous experience working on schools or public sector projects

Roles & Responsibilities

• Installing stone edging
• Levelling and preparing stone
• Assisting with tarmac works
• Safe operation of mini excavator
• Safe operation of 1 tonne dumper
• Working efficiently as part of a groundworking gang
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Working safely in accordance with site procedures

Requirements

• Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and site-specific requirements.
• Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others.
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Follow all instructions issued by site management.
