The successful applicants will work outdoors in wet, windy and cold conditions, with limited daylight during the winter months.RequirementsPrevious experience as a GroundworkerValid Dumper ticket requiredValid Roller ticket requiredValid CSCS card requiredExperience in drainage, trenching and earthworks preferredExperience working on soft or peat ground would be advantageousCandidates with farming or agricultural contracting backgrounds alongside relevant construction experience are welcomeComfortable working outdoors in a range of weather conditionsAble to work effectively as part of a teamWilling to work away from home on rotationAble to meet the physical requirements of the role and work scheduled hoursMust comply with company drug and alcohol policy and any required testingPay and Benefits 22- 24 per hour CISMonday-Friday: 1.5x after the first 10 hoursSaturday: All hours paid at 1.5xSunday/Bank Holidays: All hours paid at 2.0xLong-term rotational opportunity11 days on / 4 days off rotationOption for ..... full job details .....
