Groundworker with 360 Ticket

Link-Force Ltd is seeking a skilled Ground Worker with experience operating 360 Excavators to join a project in Kingston. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with site excavation, groundwork preparation, and ensuring safety protocols are maintained throughout the duration of the project. The role requires close coordination with the site team to facilitate smooth progress and adherence to project timelines. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently under supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Valid 360 Excavator driver ticket (preferably CPCS or NPORS accredited)
• Previous experience as a groundworker on construction sites
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of site safety protocols and use of PPE
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks when required
• Reliable transport or ability to commute to Kingston
