Groundworker (Voids) Portsmouth (Covering areas within our South region patch) Salary up to £36,250Hyde is looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our busy Property Maintenance Voids team.As a Groundworker at Hyde, you''ll be working in our homes carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance. You''ll be trusted to get jobs done right first time and to treat our customers with respect in their homes.If you''re a hands-on tradesperson who can turn their hand to a range of jobs and takes pride in doing things properly, we''d like to hear from you.What you''ll be doingCarrying out general mainteance work such as path/paving repairs, minor brickwork repairs, painting and decorating, garden clearances, shed removals and minor roofing repairs. Erecting and repairing fencing and gates, repairing concrete floors, and addressing issues in garden areas.Repointing old or damaged mortar joints, replacing broken bricks/blocks, and repairing walls, chimneys, and structural features.Excavating, repairing, and re-installing drainage systems, flagging (paving), and edging to paths and drivewayFollowing work orders and reporting back on progress and materials usedAlways working safely and following Hyde''s health and safety proceduresProviding a professional, friendly service to customers in their homesWhat we''re looking forSolid experience across repairs, maintenance or void property refurbishment.Proven experience in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and ..... full job details .....
