Location: Melksham | Salary: £17 - £20/hour | Type: Contract | Straight-line are hiring an experienced Groundworker to start on a site in Melksham. The role involves a variety of site tasks, primarily focused on groundworks. You will be required to cut out and repair tarmac areas, levelling out, small amounts of kerbing and also cutting concrete, all round Groundworks. Key Responsibilities: Digging holes for fence posts to required depths and specifications Assisting with the installation and setting of fence posts Cutting posts to size once set in place Carrying out basic tarmac repairs and patching General site labouring duties as required Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following instructions and health & safety guidelines at all times Requirements Basic knowledge of groundworks, fencing, or tarmac work preferred Ability to use hand and power tools safely Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have: CSCS card Experience in groundworks £17.00 - £20.00 per hour 2 weeks work Immediate start If you are interested please apply now or call our office on (phone number removed) for more information
