Groundworker

Location: Northampton Duration: 6 weeks Pay Rate: 22 per hour Job Type: Temporary / Contract About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join a site team in Northampton for an initial 6-week contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of general groundworks duties, working efficiently and safely as part of a construction team. Key Responsibilities Carry out general groundworks and construction duties Digging, levelling and preparing ground Concrete work and foundations Drainage and pipe installation Kerbing, edging and paving Slabbing and associated external works Reading and working from site plans and drawings where required Operating hand tools and relevant equipment Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area Following all site health and safety procedures Requirements Previous experience as a Groundworker Relevant construction site experience CSCS card required Good understanding of health and safety procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable, punctual and hardworking Relevant tickets or qualifications for plant operation would be advantageous Details Location: Northampton Contract Length: 6 weeks Rate: 22 per hour Start: ASAP / To be confirmed Hours: To be confirmed If you are an experienced Groundworker available for a 6-week contract in Northampton, please get in touch to discuss the role. ..... full job details .....
