The successful candidate will carry out a range of external repairs, groundwork, drainage, concreting, fencing, and paving works across tenanted and void properties. This role requires a customer-focused individual with experience working in occupied homes and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship whilst maintaining health and safety standards. Key Responsibilites Carry out reactive and planned external repairs to social housing properties. Complete groundwork and reinstatement works including: Flagging and paving repairs Kerbing works Concrete repairs and paths Tarmac patching Drainage repairs and installations Excavation and trenching Install and repair fencing, gates, posts, and boundary structures. A CSCS card is required and ideally an NVQ level 2 in groundworks. A van and fuel card will be provided. RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. Contract
