      <description>Location: Mansfield | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Temporary | The Role   We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a live construction site delivering a new school build. This role focuses on services and drainage work, so we''re looking for someone confident laying pipework, ducting, and utilities to a high standard.   Key Duties:     Installing below-ground drainage systems, including foul and surface water   Laying and connecting services (water, gas, electric, telecoms ducting)   Excavation, trench work, and backfilling in line with drawings and specifications   Setting levels, pipe laying to falls, and manhole construction   Working safely and efficiently alongside other trades on an active school site   Ensuring all work meets site safety standards and quality requirements    Requirements:     Proven experience in groundworks, specifically services/drainage   Valid CSCS card (essential)   Confident reading and working from technical/construction drawings   Own PPE (site will provide additional requirements if needed)   Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team   Experience on school/education sector sites is a plus but not essential</description>
