Groundworker

Location: Oxford, OX5
Pay: £18.00 – £21.00 per hour (CIS)
Job Type: Temp to Perm / Long-Term Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Start Date: Immediate

We are actively recruiting experienced Groundworkers for an immediate start on a busy caravan park development project in Oxford (OX5). This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work with the potential to go permanent.

This role is ideal for reliable groundworkers with strong all-round experience in civils and site preparation who are looking for steady work and competitive pay.

Groundworker Duties:

• General groundworks on a caravan site development
• Road construction and preparation
• Concrete bases and slabs
• Drainage installation (pipes, trenches, manholes)
• Site preparation and finishing works
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker (essential)
• Strong experience in drainage, concrete works, and roads
• Valid CSCS card
• Own tools and full PPE
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to start immediately

Desirable (not essential):

• CPCS or NPORS (e.g. Dumper/Roller)
• Experience on similar civils or caravan park projects
