Groundworker – Multi Trader

Location: Bedford and surrounding areas. Salary from £30,000 per annum. This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 7 days at 23:59 BST. Permanent, Full Time Monday to Saturday, rota based, 8am-8pm.Responsibilities
As a Groundworker – Multi Trader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services in and around customer homes, including void properties. This multi-skilled role requires expertise across a range of ground working tasks such as:Drainage installation (ACO, French drains, soakaways)Concreting, bricklaying, pointingPaving, slabbing, tarmackingGullies, manholes, fencingYou will ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities
Deliver a professional, courteous, and empathetic service to customersComplete repairs with a high first-time fix rate and minimal downtimeMaintain van stock and source materials efficientlyAdhere to all health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standardsParticipate in training, toolbox talks, and appraisalsCommunicate effectively with supervisors, schedulers, and colleaguesEnsure company property and equipment is maintained and fit for purposeSupport continuous improvement and contribute to team productivitySkills And Attributes
