We''re currently looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our team covering Lincoln. About the Role As a Groundworker, you''ll be responsible for delivering a wide range of external repairs and maintenance works within a social housing environment. Working across multiple properties and projects, you''ll undertake groundworks activities including drainage, concreting, paving, kerbing, resurfacing, trench excavation, foundation preparation, fencing installations and repairs, flagging works, and minor external repairs. You''ll also be responsible for monitoring external areas, identifying defects, and carrying out repair works to ensure properties and surrounding environments remain safe, secure, and well maintained. The role will involve repairing and replacing fencing, gates, posts and associated timber structures, as well as undertaking flagging and paving repairs to footpaths, walkways, driveways and external communal areas. You''ll operate and maintain a variety of tools, machinery, and ground maintenance equipment, ensuring all materials, plant, and equipment are available before work begins.
