Ground Worker (Temp to Perm)
 

Location: Portsmouth
Pay: £22.50 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Benefits: Company Van Provided
We are recruiting a Ground Worker for a leading Housing Provider in Portsmouth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity carrying out external repairs and maintenance across social housing properties and estates.

Duties

• Paving, slabbing and concreting repairs
• Fencing and gate installation/repairs
• Drainage and groundwork repairs
• Estate and communal area maintenance
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements

• Previous groundworks experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
