The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of groundwork and maintenance activities, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. A company vehicle for business use, fuel card, uniform, PPE and parking costs will be provided. The Role The role will involve carrying out a variety of groundwork and external maintenance tasks, including:  Fencing Brickwork and pointing Concrete works Slabbing and paving Drainage repairs and renewals Flagging Tarmac patching Manhole repairs General groundwork and external maintenance  Experience of high-pressure water jetting would be beneficial, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
