Groundworker / Labourer

Labourer – Fareham

Location: Fareham, SO31 7DQ
Rate: £18.00 per hour
Start date: Monday 10 August 2026

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to start on a site in Fareham.

The role will involve general labouring duties, including:

• Keeping the site clean and tidy

• Moving materials and equipment

• Assisting tradespeople when required

• Carrying out physically demanding tasks

• Working outdoors and being prepared to get dirty

• Following all site health and safety procedures

Applicants must have:

• A valid CSCS card

• Previous site labouring experience

• Full PPE

• A strong work ethic and good timekeeping

• The ability to travel reliably to SO31 7DQ

• The right to work in the UK
