Job Title: GroundworkerLocation: Andover, HampshireJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: Dependant on experience Van Provided Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team for a permanent, full-time position in the Andover area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction sites, with a competitive daily rate and a van provided for travel. Ideally you will be someone who is experienced in all aspects of groundworks, and may be beneficial if you have experience working on high quality residential sites. Smaller projects with bespoke new builds. Key Responsibilities: Excavating, levelling, and preparing ground for construction projects.Laying foundations, drainage systems, and other groundwork tasks.Operating plant machinery (diggers, mini diggers, etc.).Ensuring the site is tidy and safe at all times.Complying with health and safety regulations.Supporting other team members and assisting in other general construction duties. Requirements: Proven experience as a Groundworker in the construction industry.Valid CSCS card (or equivalent).Experience in operating plant, ideally will have Digger / Dumper tickets (CPCS or NPORS)Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.Full UK driving license (van provided).Hardworking, reliable, and a team player.
