This is a mobile role covering Barnet, Camden, Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of external groundworks repairs and maintenance within occupied residential properties. Completing repairs to pathways, paving, patios, slabs and concrete areas. Undertaking fencing repairs and replacements where required.
