This is a permanent opportunity for a skilled Groundworker with experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. Due to the location of the works, candidates must live within approximately 10-15 miles of Hastings town centre. The role offers a varied workload across reactive and planned maintenance, undertaking a range of external repairs and groundworks to residential properties and communal areas.
