Job role: Groundworker Location: Brent, North West LondonSalary: £40,000 per annum Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Domestic Groundworker to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out external repairs, groundworks and general landscaping within occupied social housing properties across Brent. The successful candidate will have strong experience in domestic groundworks and external maintenance, with the ability to complete a variety of repairs and improvements to residential properties. This role would suit a reliable, hands-on operative who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, completing jobs efficiently and providing excellent customer service to residents. Key Responsibilities Carrying out domestic groundworks, landscaping and external maintenance works. Completing repairs and reinstatement of pathways, paving, patios, slabs and concrete areas. Laying and repairing paving slabs and other hard landscaping features. Carrying out fencing repairs and replacements. Completing drainage repairs and general external works. Preparing, levelling and reinstating ground areas following repairs. Completing minor brickwork, masonry and making-good works where required. Carrying out general garden and landscaping repairs. Diagnosing external issues and completing repairs efficiently and effectively. Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.
