This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major infrastructure scheme, carrying out a variety of groundwork and civil engineering duties within a live utility environment.Key Responsibilities- Excavation and trenching works for cable installations- Installation of ducting, drainage, and utility services- Concrete works including bases, foundations, and reinstatement- Kerbing, edging, slab laying, and finishing works- Assisting with excavation around live services and utility assets- Reading and interpreting site drawings and plans- Maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with National Grid and site-specific procedures- Working closely with site supervisors, plant operators, and project teams- Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulationsRequirements- Valid National Grid Competent Person qualification (essential)- Previous experience ...
