The gang must consist of the following operatives: Personnel Required 1 x Machine Driver Experienced in operating a 360 excavator, with relevant tickets. 1 x Groundworker Experienced in residential groundworks and finishing works. 1 x Groundworker / Dumper and Roller Driver Must hold the relevant tickets and have experience operating dumpers and rollers. Scope of Works The gang will be responsible for completing finishing works across a residential development, including: Final levels and grading. General groundworks and site preparation. Finishing works to roads, footpaths and plots. Operating plant and machinery as required. Assisting with the completion of external works. Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy working environment. Requirements Proven experience working as a groundworks gang on residential developments. Relevant CPCS / NPORS plant tickets. Valid CSCS cards... Temporary
