Groundworker / Dumper Operator – Chelmsford (CM2)

TRIbuild Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker / Dumper Operator for civils works on a project based in Chelmsford (CM2).

Role details:

• Duration: 4–5 weeks

• Start date: Monday 22nd September 2025

• Hours & Pay: £20-21/hr CIS, 9 hours paid per day

• Duties: Carrying out groundworks on a civils scheme, including drainage installations such as gullies, manholes, and pits, trenching, pipe laying, concreting, and general finishing works.

• Operating forward tipping dumper when required to support the works.

• Working safely around excavations and live services.

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS / NPORS Dumper Ticket

• Proven experience in civils and drainage groundworks

• CSCS card preferred

• Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
