Groundworker

We are actively seeking an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our growing team on a busy construction site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants steady, long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• General groundworks including drainage, kerbing, concreting, and slab laying

• Trenching, ducting, and reinstatement work

• Reading site plans and drawings

• Operating plant machinery (if tickets are held)

• Ensuring work is carried out safely and to specification

• Supporting trades and other operatives on-site as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in groundwork and civils

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)

• CPCS/NPORS (desirable for plant operation)

• Dumper / Roller / Excavator tickets highly desirable

• Good understanding of health and safety on site

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
