Groundworker

We are currently recruiting experienced Groundworkers to join our team on a busy multi-story building project in Newquay. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a long-established and reputable subcontractor involved in high-profile builds across the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience working on construction sites.
• Preparing the ground for the building team to lay the foundation.
• Clearing the construction site or carrying out any other site clearance.
• Leading any necessary demolition required to enable site work.
• Setting up the construction site.
• The ability to meet deadlines, be organised and work individually or as part of a team.

What You''ll Need:

• Proven experience working in any groundworker site type of roles.
• Valid plant driving licences (one or more preferable)
• Valid CSCS Card (essential) + CPCS / NPORS
• Right to work in the UK (essential)
