      <description>Location: Skelmersdale | Salary: &amp;pound;20.27/hour | Type: Permanent | Groundworker/Fencer     At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK.   Our client is looking for an experienced Groundworker for a temp to perm position in Skelmersdale on a contract  working in social housing maintenance. Experience in social housing is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled. You will be provided with your own company van.  The Job and duties of Groundworker/Fencer     Undertaking repairs   Travelling from property to property undertaking repairs   Be happy customer facing   Hard landscaping and brickwork      Groundworkers must be experienced   Be willing to travel to different properties to undertake repairs  Requirements for a Groundworker     You will need a Full UK driving license   Proven experience in the reactive repairs and maintenance sector  Be able to provide at least two working references      Competitive salary with lots of company benefits to be discussed.
