Your work patch will be Bath, Bristol, Melksham and Trowbridge areas.    Permanent role  £35,000 - 36,400 per annum Company van and fuel card.    23 days holiday plus bank holidays Fortnightly pay 40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm   Groundworker Day to Day: Responsive external maintenance in social housing properties  Repairing paths and steps preventing trips and falls Gutter cleans , fencing, repointing and brickwork repairs  Working alongside other trades when required Travelling to various jobs in the company van responsibly  Dealing with some customers and being friendly and polite Reporting to the supervisor on progress   Groundworker Requirements: Good Groundworks/ external maintenance experience Good attitude Honest and reliable Full UK driving license DBS will be carried out   This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy contractor with permanent work for a skilled Groundworker/ Builder.    Please apply or call Raquel on (phone...
