Groundworker Bath and surrounding area - External Domestic Maintenance Experienced Groundworker required on social housing maintenance works in Bath and Surrounding area for a busy maintenance contractor. Your work patch will be Bath, Bristol, Melksham and Trowbridge areas. Permanent role £35,000 - 36,400 per annumCompany van and fuel card. 23 days holiday plus bank holidaysFortnightly pay40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm Groundworker Day to Day:Responsive external maintenance in social housing properties Repairing paths and steps preventing trips and fallsGutter cleans , fencing, repointing and brickwork repairs Working alongside other trades when requiredTravelling to various jobs in the company van responsibly Dealing with some customers and being friendly and politeReporting to the supervisor on progress Groundworker Requirements:Good Groundworks/ external maintenance experienceGood attitudeHonest and reliableFull UK driving licenseDBS will be carried out This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy contractor with permanent work for a skilled Groundworker/ Builder.
