Working Monday - Friday 8am - 430pm

Salary -31,200 DOE

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Groundworker to support a variety of commercial, industrial and civil engineering projects across Central Scotland. The successful candidate will undertake a broad range of groundworks activities, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Excavation and preparation of sites for construction projects.

- Installation and maintenance of drainage systems, pipes, gullies and manholes.

- Kerbing, paving, slabbing and block paving works.

- Concrete works including foundations, slabs and reinforced structures.

- Trenching, ducting and backfilling operations.

- Ground preparation for surfacing and tarmac works.

- Operation of small plant and machinery where qualified.

- Adherence to all Health & Safety procedures and site regulations.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous groundworks or civil engineering experience.

- CSCS Card (essential).

- Good knowledge of drainage, foundations and paving works.

- Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

- Ability to read site drawings and specifications.

- Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
