Ideally qualified or time-served in groundworks or general building, with proven practical experience. Competent in paving, concrete works, drainage repairs and general ground preparation. Good working knowledge of brickwork, pointing, rendering and external property maintenance. Experience undertaking repairs to pathways, steps, patios, fencing and boundary walls. Must be versatile and willing to undertake a range of multi-trade repairs beyond their primary trade.
