This is an ongoing contract offering consistent work for the right candidate, with competitive rates negotiable depending on experience . Duties General groundwork on a residential housing development. Drainage, kerbing, edging and foundations. Finishing works. Safe operation of a Forward Tipping Dumper. Working as part of an established site team. Adhering to all site health and safety procedures. Requirements Proven experience in groundworks on residential housing developments. Previous experience operating a dumper. Valid CSCS card. Valid NPORS or CPCS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket. Own PPE. Ability to provide recent work references.
