We are seeking a skilled and reliable Groundworker to join a busy repairs and maintenance team carrying out external works, repairs, and property improvements across occupied and void social housing properties. This is a permanent position offering a company van, fuel card, and the opportunity to work for a well-established organisation with consistent work and excellent job security. Duties and Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of external repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties Complete paving, flagging, and pathway repairs Install and repair fencing, gates, posts, and boundary structures Carry out drainage repairs, maintenance, and excavation works Undertake concreting, kerbing, and reinstatement works Repair damaged footpaths, access routes, and communal areas Complete groundwork associated with property refurbishments and improvement programmes Carry out excavation and trenching works as required Install and repair external drainage systems and gullies Undertake minor brickwork, slabbing, and landscaping works Maintain safe and tidy working areas at all times Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance records Deliver excellent customer service when working around tenants and residents ..... full job details .....
