Groundwork Site Manager

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded groundworks and civil engineering contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Groundworks Site Manager to join their team. The company has an established reputation for delivering groundworks, infrastructure and civil engineering packages across commercial, industrial and large-scale developments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work and opportunities for long-term progression. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of commercial groundworks and civil engineering projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day delivery of commercial groundworks packages Supervising site teams, subcontractors and plant Managing earthworks, drainage, foundations and reinforced concrete works Overseeing roads, infrastructure and external works Coordinating labour, plant and materials Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with the programme Managing subcontractors and specialist contractors Ensuring RAMS and site documentation are followed Maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality Liaising with clients, main contractors, consultants and project teams About You The successful candidate will have: Proven experience as a ..... full job details .....
