RG Setsquare Recruitment are recruiting for a Groundwork Foreman for a Tier One Main Contractor on a major hospital site in Bournemouth. Work currently at hand involves trenching for HV cables to be laid, and other general external works.

Reporting to the main contractor''s externals site manager, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and interpreting drawings
• Supervising groundworks activities on site
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
• Supervising site operations and coordinating with workers and subcontractors
• Reporting progress and any issues to project management team.

Requirements:

• Previous considerable experience in groundworks and site supervision
• Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with a team
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
