Your tasks will be varied and engaging, including:Grass cutting and shrub maintenanceLitter picking and ensuring public areas are clean and welcomingTrimming and reducing hedges to enhance the natural environmentMaintaining flower and plant beds for a vibrant community aestheticConducting heavy cutbacks in public parks, open spaces, and woodland areasYou will be responsible for using commercial powered hand tools, ensuring safe work practises while adhering to health and safety regulations. Your role will also involve assisting with horticultural operations, including minor landscaping works such as planting bedding, shrubs, and trees.When needed, you will help maintain the council''s cycle route network and assist in the collection of fly-tipping waste.
