Grounds Maintenance and Project Support Supervisor Coventry - £30 PH Umbrella 1 year Job Title: Grounds Maintenance and Project Support supervisor This role reflects the primary focus on grounds maintenance and supervision while also highlighting the supportive role in project coordination with the project team. Grounds maintenance and project support supervisor is a hybrid role that combines responsibilities for supervising the team of providing ground maintenance staff and providing project support coordination. Duties are to deliver all aspects of grounds maintenance supervisory responsibilities and requirements to efficiently run the grounds team, this would include overseeing the general upkeep of the proving ground, manage effective use of grounds creation and updates, RAs, PUWER and sage working practices, additionally, the person will work closely with the project lead on small to medium-sized projects, with guidance coordinating schedules, resources, and assisting with the smooth delivery of project milestones, lead a team of grounds maintenance workers to maintain and repair ground facilities, supervise work schedules, equipment hire, assist the project lead with planning, coordinating, and managing small to medium sized projects. The Ideal candidate will be a person with experience of grounds maintenance, team supervision and project co-ordination bringing together hands on management with organisational and logistical support skills.
