Location: West and North West London, with occasional work in North London Salary: Up to 36,000 per annum, negotiable for the right candidate Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Team Leader / Soft Landscaper to join a growing business and play a key role in developing and expanding our grounds maintenance division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong grounds maintenance experience, takes pride in their work, and is ready to take on a leadership role. We are looking for someone who can bring confidence, initiative and fresh ideas to a business, helping to build a stronger team and grow the maintenance services. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility, with the ability to lead by example and support the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee day-to-day grounds maintenance operations, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Take a hands-on approach to grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, strimming and general site upkeep. Help develop and grow the company''s grounds maintenance division by identifying opportunities to improve services and efficiency. Lead by example, demonstrating excellent standards of workmanship, professionalism and reliability.
