Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Location: Wickford Hourly Rate: 13.00- 13.50 Contract type: Permanent Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:00-15:30About the roleWe are currently looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join, supervise and work alongside your small team working in Wickford. You will keep all grounds in wonderful condition for our client, through grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and other horticultural duties as required. RequirementsGrounds Maintenance working experienceProven experience in Team Leader or Supervisor position within GM or a similar industryEnsure all tasks are completed to the required standard, with a good eye for detail and a safety conscious mindsetThe ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider teamProficient in problem solving and dealing with complex situationsReliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and "can-do" attitudePhysically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.A full valid UK driving license essential.PA1 and PA6 licenses an advantage.Why join us?
