Are you an experienced Grounds Maintenance professional ready to take the next step in your career? Kinetic Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join a growing team delivering high-quality landscaping and grounds maintenance services across North Wales.

The Role

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for motivating and supporting your team while ensuring grounds maintenance projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
Leading and supervising grounds maintenance operatives across multiple sites
Carrying out grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, and shrub maintenance
Weed control, litter picking, and general site upkeep
Operating grounds maintenance equipment and machinery safely
Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
Communicating with customers and providing excellent service
Completing basic paperwork and system updates as required

What We''re Looking For
At least 2 years'' experience in grounds maintenance
Previous team leader or supervisory experience
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Experience using grounds maintenance machinery and equipment
A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
Strong communication and organisational skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality standards
