Chappell Enterprises UK is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leader in public realm and landscaping schemes, for a dedicated GM Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

About Our Client:Our client specialises in high-quality public realm and landscaping schemes, as well as highway and civil engineering projects. They work across both public and private sectors, offering an integrated approach that allows them to adapt and deliver anything from smaller-scale developments to multi-million-pound projects.

About the Role:As a GM Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing grounds maintenance projects across Central London. You will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, while also managing a team and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and manage grounds maintenance teams across various sites.• Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.• Maintain excellent customer service and client relations.• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.• Provide training and support to team members.

Requirements:

Essential:• Proven experience in grounds maintenance or horticulture.• High attention to detail and quality of work.• Excellent customer service skills.• Ability to manage and lead a team.• Full Clean UK Driving Licence, CSCS and SSSTS Card.

Desirable:• Horticulture qualifications.• Experience in both public and private sector projects.• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
