Grounds Maintenance

Location: Staines
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Description

We are recruiting hardworking and physically fit Grounds Maintenance Operatives to maintain highways grass verges across Staines.

Duties Include

• Cutting grass verges using strimmers.
• Using blowers to clear grass cuttings and debris.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Walking approximately 7–10 miles per day.

Working Hours

• Winter: 7:45 am – 3:30 pm.
• Summer: 6:45 am – 2:30 pm.

These temporary-to-permanent positions offer the opportunity to secure a full-time permanent role, with further training available in pole saws, woodchippers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws and tree climbing.
