We''re looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative for a client based in Lighthorne.

You''ll need to:

• Have a full driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points
• Be aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)
• Have hands-on paid experience in grounds maintenance on commercial sites

The role involves:

• Travelling to sites across Warwickshire, the West Midlands and High Wycombe
• Grass cutting, mowing and strimming
• Hedge maintenance
• Gritting over the winter
• Working within a small team
• Taking photos of completed jobs and filling in digital forms on a smartphone
• Monday to Friday hours, plus some on-call work via a rota
